Pomodoro Timer

A focus timer with a clock on its other side. Choose a duration, start it, and get on with your work — flip back to the clock whenever you want to know the time.

  • 25 / 5, or your own split

Start from the classic 25-minute work block and 5-minute break, or set any duration down to the minute.

  • The clock is one flip away

The same object carries a flip clock on its back. Turn it over to check the time; the session keeps running.

  • The countdown is in the tab

Switch to another tab and the title tracks the remaining time, so you never have to come back just to look.

Frequently asked questions

How do I run a pomodoro session?
Pick a preset or set your own duration, press start, and work until it chimes. 25 minutes of work with a 5-minute break is the classic version; 50 and 10 works just as well if that suits you.
Does the timer stay accurate in a background tab?
Yes. The countdown follows the clock rather than how often the browser lets the page run, so it stays correct even after the tab has been hidden for a long time.
How will I know the session ended?
A soft chime plays at zero and the tab title changes. On desktop and Android you can also get a system notification — your browser asks once, the first time you press start. iPhone browsers cannot show them, so keep the tab open and audible there.
Do I need an account?
No. Your setup lives in this browser; there is no sign-up and no profile on a server.
